About one-third of all the world’s coffee is grown in Brazil and much of Brazil’s premium coffee is labelled Santos, after the port it is shipped through. It has a clean taste with a great creamy flavour. It has low acidity and is well-balanced, exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramel flavour when light-roasted. You'll get a more malty, chocolaty burst if given a darker roast.
