Grown on the Indonesian island of Sumatra, Mandheling is known for its smooth and full body with a rich, complex taste. It is earthy and intense with an evocative herbal aroma. Mandehling has just enough acidity to provide a real vibrancy that lingers. It also exhibits tones of sweet chocolate and licorice. The complex flavour tones of this coffee develops well because of the rich volcanic soil and tropical climate that it is grown in.
